Context & Introduction

Artificial Intelligence is no longer an option — it is a strategic compulsion.

AI has swiftly shifted from an emerging capability to a key driver of strategy, operational execution, and institutional restructuring. As the technological landscape evolves from generative models to autonomous agents, the fundamental ways decisions are made, products are created, and value is delivered are being transformed.

This rapid, cross-sector adoption of AI presents a dual challenge for organizational leaders. Modern leadership must balance competing and often conflicting priorities — and this conference exists to help establish the practical, actionable frameworks that make that balance possible.

The Growth Imperative

Bold strategies, innovative business models, and scaled technological deployment to compete in an AI-reshaped market.

The Responsibility Imperative

Embed governance & trust

Rigorous governance, ethical safeguards, data privacy, and human-centric approaches during workforce transitions.

Primary Objectives

What this conference sets out to achieve

Review Process & Publication

Every paper is peer reviewed — publication is a possible outcome, not a guarantee

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. Any publication that follows — in the proceedings, a partner journal, or an edited volume — is subject to editorial review and the independent decision of the respective editorial board or publisher. Acceptance for presentation at the conference does not guarantee publication, and a given paper may or may not be published.

Double-Blind Peer Review

Every submission is evaluated on intellectual merit, methodological soundness, originality, and alignment with the conference themes. Reviewer recommendations are advisory to the editorial committee, whose decision is final.

Conference Proceedings (ISBN)

Accepted full papers may be included in the edited conference proceedings with an ISBN, subject to satisfactory peer review, timely revision, and the editorial committee’s final approval.

Journal Consideration

Selected high-quality papers may be recommended to indexed, peer-reviewed partner journals for consideration. Each journal runs its own editorial and review process, and any decision to publish rests solely with that journal.

Edited Volume

A curated set of papers and case studies may be developed into an edited book with an academic press, if the volume proceeds and subject to the publisher’s editorial approval.

Please note: All publication opportunities described here are indicative and contingent on the editorial and peer-review processes of the conference and its publishing partners. The organisers make no commitment that any particular paper will be published, and publication timelines and outlets may change.
